Sr. Dr. Mary Shruti was awarded the Rev. A. Lobban award for outstanding indigenous publication of the ISPCK. The Rev. A. Lobban
Indigenous Book Award is in memory of Rev. A. Lobban, a clergyman of 21 years
and consists of a citation and Rs. 10,000. The award is given to the
outstanding indigenous publication of the year and was instituted in 2003 to
give recognition to the title selected by a panel of judges for the depth of
its study and the impact it makes on the life of the church and society.
